Booking Information
- RBS staff receive a 10% discount (applies only to bookings direct with Crystal Bay Villa). Please quote your RBS staff number when booking
- Costs are fully inclusive and for DOMESTIC USE only
- Payment of 25% deposit is due on booking. The balance is due a minimum of 6 weeks before arrival
- Minimum booking period is 1 week
- Part weekly bookings may be accepted however they will be charged as full weeks. For example a 5 day booking is charged as one week and a 10 day booking is charged as 2 weeks
- 10% discount applies to bookings of three weeks or more
- 10% discount for all FULL payments made at time of booking *applies only to bookings direct with Crystal Bay Villa & made at least 12 weeks prior to departure*
- Please Note offers and discounts can not be combined.
Cyprus now uses the Euro as its currency and the Cyprus pound is no longer a valid currency. Payments for bookings can be made in Euros as well as British Pounds.

Cable TV to include Wi-Fi, Sports & Barclays Premier league football is available at request but subject to an additional charge of £55.
Note :
The villa will comfortably sleep 7 adults and up to 9 with young children. Large groups of more than 7 adults or children above the age of 8 at time of arrival will be subject to an additional charge of £75 per person for the supply of additional beds, linen and utilities and associated cleaning.
In all cases you are required to sign and return a completed booking form (available for download on our site - see home page). This is required to assure us that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
You must include number of people and ages to have your booking completed and reservations confirmed.
Security Deposit Cheques must be attached to all booking forms, irrespective of form of initial payment.
Non receipt of the above may lead to delays in processing your application as well as cancellation of bookings.
